Randy found a script on the net, a GU script, he sent it to his programmer to have changes made and sent it to me, I sent ti to my programmer to make it even better.
We released the site after almost a year and a half working on it together as a partnership,
we had ammassed almost 2 million images complete with model ids and 2257 and had 63 different photographers content, the contracts were ALL in MY name, and we went ot town.
After a week randy port blocked me from the server and changed dns on it and had it relocated to a different colo company.
I called all the photographers, only 3 countem you fat fuck 3 stayed with Randy.
I formed a company with 7 other people, a class c corportation, Randy sued me saying I had STOLEN his General Release script heh, anyway and filed it in a County Court to sue me from 7 states away claiming I had ruined his business of 2 million dollars.
I didnt go to court, I knew I didnt need to, Randy won by default, yes, in Texas he could have in that county of dallas tried to collect.
I made 1 call to my aunt who lives in Houston who practices law, the default judgement was overturned, you see, it seems that Randy filed the court papers saying i had a RESIDENCE in Dallas County Texas, which I do not.
That is why Randy never posts anymore and never says shit about it.
Since this was a very public spectale on the boards, people left thinking what they wanted too, but the fact STILL remains, I have never sold or stolen content, I dont need to, I have over 400 hours of uncut movies and a little over 2 million images here complete with model ids and 2257s AND the ccontracts SPECIFICALY ONLY to me, and NOT Randy.
Name one thing I have ever stolen, just one.
