Current version of MPA2 requires heavy backend programming to add a NEW processor. It is about a 2 weeks full programming job, including testing and deploying, so the quote was not far off. Pretty accurate if you ask me. I would have quoted you a few hundered more though... Just because of this comment... hehe.
What processor did you want implemented? Probilling?
And btw, customization and support are two very different things...
