it's not a paysite, but i think it has a great design:

i've seen a large number of members areas and one of the best one in terms of design is bustykerrymarie from score cash, check out a screenshot here:

Too bad there is no central archive of screenshots from members areas of paysites. I'm especially interested in new and creative ways to organize and view a large base of adult content in an elegant, simple, intuitive way. There's quite a number of very smart programmers/webmasters, too bad they are so busy with their own projectsComment
