Listen, I know it looks bad. I can see it too, from your posts on here. The thing is, everything always looks the worst possible when you get in that mindset. Whatever it is, it isn't as bad as it looks to you right now. Don't let yourself hang out in the mental place where things just get worse. Relax, do something harmless and fun, and wait to see what happens.
