there are about 400 tickets. in the best case scenario the person answers with probability weights of 40/400 20/400 and 12/400.
the swuftest person has a 10 X 20 X 33 = one in 6600 chance.
everyone else's chances are worse. let's say everyone picks booblord.com. now, not everyone can pick teenpages because there are only 130 other possibilities if that one's chosen, so we have to shuffle it up amongst the next 3. so let's say the average chance across the board is roughly 10 X 30 X 30 or 1:9000.
400 : 9000 =

A lot of you math wizards are missing the obvious: not all sites have an equal chance of being selected. The lottery comparison is invalid because that would be like playing a lottery where the #1 ball is in the hopper 40 times, the #2 ball is in the hopper 20 times, etc.
Edit: not to mention that there are only, what was it, 130 sites actually in the lottery.
