There will be a lot of hardscape going in, a lot of retaining walls since the yard is so sloped. And also a LOT of planting. A number of decent sized trees (10-20 feet). It adds up fast. I think it will look great when it's done, just a lot of money to part with for moving dirt around and putting some stones down
