And just because someone is a quadraplegic doesn't mean they aren't just as capable as the next guy of all kinds of things, good or bad. He can be a rocket scientist, or he can be the head of a deadly terrorist organization. Just because he's disabled doesn't mean he's not guilty or shouldn't be punished. Just because he didn't push the button, so to speak, is he any less guilty for having someone else do it? If you hire a hitman, and the cops find out you hired him after he killed someone, are you going to get off scott free just because you didn't pull the trigger? Give me a break.
I don't neccessarily always agree with capital punishment, but I wonder how many deaths this guy has been behind?
