Dutchbill is Verotel. Dutchbilling uses the same Verotel engine. If its flawed, its logical to assume the other is flawed. Rumor is the fraud control is absurd and some people have pushed through thousands of fraudulent transactions.

Due to many problems with fraud transactions done by resellers / webmasters,
we have stopped all payments. We are working very hard to solve these problems.
