WHY would you need a business presence in the Netherlands?
Especially if you are a US webmaster which, i presume you are?

Makes absolutely sense to me. Be ahead of the curve. Porn in the US is getting harder and harder daily. Just move to easier grounds and the Netherlands are a good place for porn companies as simple as that. Denmark might even be better.SIG TOO BIG! Ok but what are the best companies to handle everything? Bank account setup, Incorporation, being the registered office and such.
I got www.e-offshore.com and thinking about using www.abnamro.com bank.

They're tight.....too tight and worse they're on top of things.
Holland is a small country and cross referencing between
databases is something they understand. There is very little
room to play with the tax folks.
This july the new EU tax law will go in effect and in Holland they
WILL enforce them and they DO have the system in place to do
it. Unless you go for a setup where a foreign holding company
is owner of the Dutch company and you know exactly what you're
doing I wouldn't get into it. Don't use some company that will
setup a BV for you.....get in touch with a good Dutch lawyer about
this.....or you will cut your own throat

Yep, OCRA is the good choise, they offer you all services you might need. They have been in business long long time and they have representatives / real offices around the world. Actually they dont give a fuck what business you are doing - but why you need to tell that it's about porn. The will set up and maintain a company for you which could do business on whatever field. No problem.
