Cashquest2 is also a great one.

I've been lightly pushing them for years but after I got hired I decided to throw a bit more traffic this way. I'm doing under 1/50 with targeted SE traffic.

CQ does really freaking well with good targeted niche traffic.

The other sponsors I've "personally" used for YEARS and have done well with are:

Maxcash, FlyntDigital, ARS, PayCounter, ACMoviePass, FreeEzineBucks/FreeTicketCash.

There's a handfull off other sponsors I use that do well but since I haven't used them for "years" yet I figured I won't mention them.
