I could always use somebody that's good with HTML and knows the difference between TGP and AVS. They also must be able to work on their own and finish projects on time. I'm not a babysitter.

In england a lot of jobs like in call centres, administration jobs have moved to india and a lot of programming is sent out there too. Maybe its not so widespread in USA because there are not so many indians living there, who would be the best people with links back home to organise things. I have friends in UK who've lost jobs to india, the reg even made a t-shirt:
