You can't open this shit anyway - even if the FedEx guy is smart enough to open a 700MB (or in your case 50GB) file with Notepad (haha) and see the ZIP header, he still can't open it because of the pass.

Good idea, but zipping 50GB is going to be a pain. It'd probably take at least a week for a decent computer to even zip that large amount of data.
