    Last week I started a thread about necoeds and some content that i paid and never got (more than 40 days ago).
    It's about time everyone to see how this jerk deals with his clients

      after he saw the webmasters posted in my thread and supported me ,
      he became chicken and started posting LIES, he is worse than Sahaf on this...

      i've offered a refund to him, but he doesn't want that.... he wants the cd's..... the content is uploaded now, and he now says that he won't download it..... he'll only take fedex now....

      Since it's past the refund deadline in paypal.... i'm sending him a refund right now......
      STRAIGHT FACTS:

      HE NEVER OFFERED ME MY MONEY BACK
      HE NEVER GAVE ME MY MONEY BACK
      HE NEVER UPLOADED THE CONTENT (he uploaded 27mb from the 2CDs that i paid at the end of that day)
      HE NEVER SENT THE CDS WITH FEDEX

      i was going to take care of him.... but now... i was forced to just refund..... now hopefully he doesnt chargeback and keep the refund.....
      this guy is hilarious, he hopes that i will not refund and expects anyone in this planet to believe him

      I am going to send the cd's to him first thing monday via fedex (with "gift" checked in the customs form).... if he wants to use them, he's goign to have to pay me back for the refund.... if he decided not to, that's fine too......
      this is a world record of lies
      i almost feel mercy for him

      but the true is that I never got any content , he never fedex the content , he never refunded the money
      he is big jerk and i feel like idiot who trusted him, paid the content in advance, waited that long and kept hearing all these lies.

                                                              necoeds, weren't you supposed to upload the entire thing so he could download it? if so, did you do that and send him the link?

                                                              if you are pissed and don't want to give him his content, you have to refund his money or you're stealing. there is no law in any country that i've heard of that says if you feel someone insults you, you may keep their money without providing the goods or services they paid for.

                                                                                      Dr-Ace, if you paid by paypal email them all the relevant information. Tell them the content was supposed to be fed-ex and it has never arrived.

                                                                                      They will email the merchant to confirm if they sent the order out, to provide tracking numbers etc. You don't have to accept non-delivery as the end of this. If the deal was fedex delivery, hold him to it. or get your money back.

                                                                                      How hard is to burn some cd's & fedex it to him? Finish the deal & move on.
