Go to the START menu
Then to the RUN option
type in msconfig
Go to the STARTUP tab
Uncheck everything and restart..if it doesn't do that crazy shit you're talking about then go back into msconfig (like how I said above) and start checking things back and restarting until you find the culprit..then just make sure it's unchecked and restart and you should be good to go. Now, if you see something in there like Domer or SPYWARETHATMAKESYOURCOMPUTERFUCKEDUP.exe you'll know to uncheck those and restart first.
