Thanks for the info.... I live in the state of Colorado... the laws set for this state are only for cellphones and some wireless devices.

It looks like the laws on firewall protection is so our great government can keep an eye on us. They can look all they want.
Everything legal here

if you havent done anything illegal than you wouldnt have to answer him.

This was also my understanding when I installed my firewall between my networked computers. I had my puters networked a few years ago and this is what my tech told me. To keep people out of my system (the one I work on and have everything I need on)

If someone's doing something illegal, putting on the "Hello my name is Someone Else" sticker is only a temporary inconvenience to authorities, there are SEVERAL other legit ways of corning them that work all the time, without sacrificing the general population's freedoms and privacy...

I'm sure it won't be long before it's a federal law worthy of felony charges, years of ass raping, etc for having an expectation of privacy while online, or anywhere for that matter...
