    Ideally someone who knows html, and is used to dealing in this sordid industry. Perl or php would be a big bonus

          I'd be willing to exercise the notion of moving to the UK if that was doable. Stayed in Norwich for a brief period when I was a kid and loved the pubs and history. Well, the pubs really.
