    Hourly Wage For This Job

I'm going to be working at a music store here in town. I already built them 3 PCs and networked them with net connection, and all that good stuff. Throughout the next few weeks and months I'll be setting up a Yahoo store, ebay store, selling items no ebay, getting their inventory online, and then setting up an online store. I'm working with another guy on this (he's their son, not working in the store though). He's doing the inventory software and all that stuff. Basically, she asked me what I think a good hourly wage would be? And I have no idea.

    What do you guys suggest?

I know networking alone is $60 to $125 an hour here and we are in a poor town.

Haha, sucks by what standards? If you have a 350 vette or a Z28, of course it's a lesser car. There aren't too many V6 camaros that can outrun me with the work I've done.

There are a few guys I know that've Turbo'd theirs, and done a bit more than me...but I like it. It's well built, no maintainance so far, good pickup, good gas milage, nice looks - I like it.

$30 an hour for 20 hours a week or so doing the aforementioned tasks?

Also, I'm on a full partenership with this gig. For every item sold online, I'll be receiving about 15-20%...so that's what my eyes are set on, not the hourly wage.

Not interested in ripping them off. It's my biz partener's parents, and they're good people. We have a pretty good deal going here, and I've done work for them free thus far. They're just looking to get me in the store more to guarantee I get some more work done.

Yea, my mother does some networking on the side as well. I think she charges 180 an hour. She usually gets around 250 an hour doing her programming. Since I know nothing about programming I can?t say more then that, I guess she is good or programmers get just paid that much.
