yes, trading/sharing members areas is revolutionary, it's never been done before

if you're running sites with 100% exclusive content, knock yourself out.

if not, go ask your plugin provider if they'd mind if you gave access to their plugins via your site to SWOIT members.
also go read any boilerplate content license - the part where it
it goes something like this:

Licensee may not resell, rent, lease or distribute the Product in any way except as explicitly granted herein. Licensee may not knowingly allow other websites to use the Product, either by renting its usage on Licensee's site or by allowing others to link to Licensee's website, with the exception of TGPs.

does it get any clearer than that?

What I dont get is why anyone would have any of those leased products in a set up like this. You would just let the next site have them. You would be just playing russian roulette on whether the user comes to use your leased content (which you might end up paying more for him to use anyways thereby making minimal profit) Your better to put totally unique content into something like that. Something very sticky that no one else has... articles... exclusive pictures, stories, vids.

Would work wonderfully for all those amateur sites out there.
