Very well done. Good balance of text to pictures. I think the only thing you have to do now is tweak individual elements to see what converts best - like changing the text of the join button, etc...

Page weight is good too. And I agree with the above - very Mike W. influenced. =]

I have talked to the company that designed the site for us (Supercharged Ent) and it seems the guy they used did copy the background from MikeW's design. Very embarrassing. They've apologised to Mike already and will make the design good. Thanks for pointing it out to me.
