was up to 6-8 cups of premium shit, just stopped last week because it was fucking my wrist up (good ole carpal tunnel).

Looks like the wierd acids and stuff in it messes up all your joints and nerves.

Once the headaches clear its smooth sailing. By far the easiest drug to quit.

i drink 2-3 cups of coffee soon after awakening, and then a few hours later i switch to the harder stuff... Ballz, Jolt, etc.. i find Ballz to be the real addicting suff, i have yet another case being delivered tomorrow..!

Just a big one in the morning with lots and lots of milk, and in the afternoon i sometimes have a cappucino. Very rarely i drink 2 cups a day and never more. It's not good for your health.

I switched to caffeine pills... it has really helped my health... especially my bowels ... maybe a little too much info.

All "Energy Pills" are caffeine (ripped fual, metabolift, stacker 2). I take ephadra-free diet fuel from Twinlabs.

Or you can go old school with NoDoz or Vivarin (gas station products basicly)
