Usually just shorts and a polo shirt when I'm at my home office and slacks and a nice business shirt when I visit any of my corporate offices.

I stopped wearing suits years ago. I love going to biz meetings where all the "corpie suits" are suited up and I'm nice and comfortable. Its fun to see the envy in their eyes.
