I didn't play it, but unless I am mistaken that is the same crash that killed San Francisco comic Jane Dornacker. I knew her vaguely during my attempt at launching a stand-up career in SF. She had been in another crash several months earlier and survived. She went up again, if only to prove that she wasn't afraid. She was killed on her first day back on the job.Comment

Want to make the story even more tragic? She had a teenage daughter, and several months before the crash, Jane's ex-husband also died.

while on morbid stuff, this one is from a jet crash after the crew selected the wrong flap config on take-off. weird thing is they were joking about the cockpit voice recorder just prior. the screams at the end gave me fucking goosebumps.
