anyone who is familiar with search engines (except newbies) knows that all of a sudden listings which were found on page one, can be all-of-a-sudden relegated to the nether land of listing hell
usually this means that future listings will have little value
it's a simpler way , instead of banning the domain
if the domain is banned, the webmaster simply gets a new domain name and repeats the process
if the rankings are seriously devalued, then the webmaster continues... until their traffic dries up, and then scratches his head ;)...Comment
