wow i feel really bad for this woman if all is true.
the kicker here is that someone else will come along with the same deal and this person will be the real deal (honest, up front, willing to pay, the whole shabang) and she will either be so hesitant to do the deal that she may end up costing it to happen (by no real fault of her own) or she may just end up walking away from it all together because one person screwed her up for anyone else that comes along.
you would think, with all the scammers that are outted on this board and several others, that most people would try their very hardest not to be catagorized as a scumbag because as large as this community is, words (especially bad words even if not true) spreads faster then a california wild fire.
