http://www.6-star.de for example. First of all you have to sign up to an AVS which verifies your age by "PostIdent". That means before you can enter the site you have to sign a document brought to you by mail and you have to show yout passport called "Personalausweis" in Germany.
Are those the rules of a free country? I prefer to call it censorship.
