    Nocoeds, WHEN I WILL GET MY CONTENT??

    40 days ago I did an order of 2 content cds which I prepayed (11/3/2003) and still I haven't received them by mail as we agreed. After the delay, Necoeds promised to upload them so I would be able to download them and finally do my job. He keeps promising he will do it everytime I ask if he did it! He says he doens't have time, he dissapears while we talk about it, but still seems he has time to post here....

    Upload my content within the weekend or refund my money. Simple as that. No more delays.

              dr. ace is an IDIOT.... this guy can't even speak english..... Here's how it worked..... He sent me money for some content via paypal about a month and a half ago... i sent him 3 cd-r's to his address in Greece..... when i sent it to him, i sent it with the customes classification of "gift"...... he then contacted me about 2 weeks ago telling me he hadn't received it..... so i called the post office... they did a "tracer" on the package...... which was sent via certified international mail..... and it came back with somebody in the customes office in athens greece signing for it......

              So.... i told him to get ahold of his customes office.... he told me that if he hadn't gotten it by then that they wouldn't be giving it to him..... and he wanted me to either fedex it to him or upload the content..... well i told him i'd upload it...... this was last week.... i haven't gotten them uploaded all the way yet.... and without talking to me again, he posts here......

              So, i just got done talking to the prick via icq... and he said that he wouldn't clarify the situation until he get's his cd's......

              And now.... i told him to go fuck himself..... He paid me via paypal, and after speaking with them, i am covered because i have a tracking number and signature for the package.....

              I am uploading the zips for him now (with password protection) .... he has to publically apologize for his attempted PUBLIC SLANDER...... otherwise he's not getting anything from me..... i don't care... this is bullshit....

                      you need to grow up neocoeds. i would be pissed too if it took you that long to upload the content. how does he know you arent ripping him off? you know that paypal doesnt cover international chargebacks right? i would get him the content before you get screwed.

                                              Him not getting the cd's is not my fault.... i don't care if he chargebacks..... i sent them.... i'm done dealing with him.... i've offered a refund to him, but he doesn't want that.... he wants the cd's..... the content is uploaded now, and he now says that he won't download it..... he'll only take fedex now....

                                              Since it's past the refund deadline in paypal.... i'm sending him a refund right now......

                                              Slander is when he doesn't understand that what he posted is bad.... he claims that just because he said he hasn't gotten the cd's doesn't mean that i didn't send them and that customs won't give it to him..... he doesn't understad what everybody else obviously infers from his statements....

                                              i'm not a jackass.... i just don't need this shit......

                                              i am not changing my post... i don't give a fuck what people on here think..... everybody just talks shit anyways.....

                                              The other thing he says is that i haven't been responding to his icq's..... which is a LIE.... i have.... he icq's me at like 2-6am Central time, and i'm always asleep...... he's a jackass....

                                                      Internet brings all countries together - The respective postal services really fuck up that point.
                                                      If you are selling content online - You REALLY MUST offer a download as well -
                                                      And necoeds - How would you feel if you had been kept waiting for so long for something you had paid for?

                                                                              i completely see his point of view as far as it taking too long..... but just because i'm not on icq 24/7 to respond to his icq's within minutes... doesn't mean i was going to rip him off..... and it sure as hell doesnt mean that he should post in a public forum without talking to me first..... And even if he wanted to post in a public forum, he shouldn't have inferred that i hadn't done jack for him.... i mean i understand the problem with customs.... and i was going to take care of him.... but now... i was forced to just refund..... now hopefully he doesnt chargeback and keep the refund.....

                                                                                          I suggest a little time-out. I would also recommend some Brain Tracy and Zig Ziglar. I hope that you both can work things out and even do business in the future. It sounds like a communication issue, rather then seeing this as a problem, it should be viewed as a challange.

All i was pissed about was his refusal to post the exact facts..... in otherwords.... i just wanted him to clarify the "facts" he spouted off with in this thread.... which he refused to do....

                                                                                                  There is no problem here..... I am going to send the cd's to him first thing monday via fedex (with "gift" checked in the customs form).... if he wants to use them, he's goign to have to pay me back for the refund.... if he decided not to, that's fine too......

                                                                                                                                              just my opinion, but it seems to me that if a content provider is willing to sell content to a certain country, they should be sure they can get the order to the customer.

                                                                                                                                              if there are custom problems for certain countries, only sell to people in those countries by upload or by fedex. i have never waited more than 5 days for a content order, and i don't see why anyone should be expected to.

                                                                                                                                              i would have had that stuff uploaded the same day so that the customer would be satisfied and would order again - and tell his friends.
