I he wanted to tested something he would have put out only one or two links, but 5 is more suspicious!!!
You should consider fire him, if he is not at his job for a long time.
If he is a long time employee (I mean at least a year) i would maybe make an exception, once, and talk to him about what he should do to make a test and provide him with an alternative account to do so. Underlying it all however, you should check his work from time to time. If you don't see any remors or apology coming from him during your talking, i would fired him...
