    Lease mailing list?

    Hi,
    I would like to know how much would a mailing in an e-mail list of 40k e-mails, double opt-in, with time stamps, ip stamps & registration code would be worth? (only a mailing, not the list itself).

    It is an hardcore video double opt-in list of 2 weeks old. It has been mailed only once yet, on a form of newsletter.

    Just let me know what you think about it.

    I know someone who is leasing it for 5 cents per e-mail. I just wanna know if it's a good price or if it's way too expensive.

      Depends where the list is from. Is it collected from members of a paysite, or is it collected from tgps? Big difference. I would say the best way to figure out how much a mailing is worth is to mail out to it yourself and see how many signups you can generate. Then you'll get an idea of how much you should charge.

          It has been collected using a join for free type site. The traffic came from TGP, SE & AVS.
