I have recurring memberships to 2 mainstream sites
www.audible.com and
www.vtc.com . To cancel with audible you have to call ,you cant do it on line and after holding for 30 minutes I hung up. On vtc there is no button or info on how to cancel, so I have to call them on Mon since they are not open during the weekend. If we did these practices they would take away our right to process its too fucked up.
