Everyone ended up taking a hit when Babenet went down. It was also no secret that this was on the Babenet backend. Demanding and posting out of frustration is somewhat understandable but not understanding the whole situation is another thing all together. We all lost a ton of money and I too am owed from programs that were on that backend.

I think we should all say wow, we made a fair bit with Babenet while they were around and that it would eventually run its course. If they popped back up tomorrow, I would fire off traffic again.

Yvette and Eric are straight up and have been for as long as I have known them.

Find a middle ground and work together on this. I hate to see webmasters eating their own.

None of my business, but Isra, if you know you weren't cheating then I'd consider getting a lawyer. When I know I haven't cheated someone, they better damn pay me for my work or they'll have one hell of a nasty bitch to deal with. Your 'contract' was with dirtyduckets - you sold for them - they have to pay you. Whether they get their money or not - the deal is with you and dirtyduckets. Unless they can prove otherwise - they owe you the money. Don't wait for stories and excuses. You could be considerate and wait one extra pay period, but after that you better get your lawyer to demand your money.

This, again is if you are a 100% you didn't do anything to bring in illegitimate signups. If they are trying to defame you - that's just not the way to pay the game. If they took a hit and want to spread it across the board but with everyones consent, that's one thing, but accusing someone of illegal acts is another - and quite frankly if you are/were doing something illegal, they should be sending you proof so you don't seek legal recourse.

If you are making that sort of stack and you don't have a lawyer on it you have no excuse. Any top Madrid firm can get you hooked up in New York.

If you really did file against these guys which wouldn't cost much

But if they do have records of CC's being all in series you are fucked...as far as the cards go that is a fraud indicator. I assume the program owners have checked the IP's these cards have been used from for their location and open proxies?

if you read what they say.. they are not saying im in fraud .. only my reffered webmasters they say half of my reffered webmasters are in fraud..

"Israel is kind enough to send us 28% Chargebacks and half of his referred webmasters have been 100% CC Fraud."

they say i has a 28% of chargebacks... i dont truth it im working with a lot of programs right now without any kind of problems (and i am going to email them asking to post here what they think of me) but in the case it was true (it wasnt) this is not Ilegal.The curious thing is they never has talking to me about that chargebacks since i post here in the forums. Actually i have phone my lawyer in spain and he can help to me to find a lawyer in USA, then thats not a problem now.

after read what they say.... i still i cant understand why they dont payme.and why are they driving the situation that way....

99.9% of the Spanish webmasters are promoting only dialers then im promoting only CC sites. i have a site with more than 150k bookmarked hits a day and I am eating the market in Spain... thats the secret.

Two thoughts first to me if I didnt get paid for Jan there would be no FEB. It amazes me webmasters that say some company owes them for four months, its like why are you that stupid to hang on and keep working for them that long lol. Second I was a commission salesmen for many years when the company got paid I got paid it was that simple. Thats straight commission 101.

Dirty Duckets is a great program. I've been sending them traffic for months now and my checks are like clockwork. Sites convert very well. I can't think of anything wrong with this program.

Also...it's run by some very good people that would bend over backwards to help out a webmaster.

If they say a webmaster is fraudulent I'm sure they did their homework before making that kind of a statement.

I've been sending traffic to Dirty Duckets ever since the program
started...and not once have I not received a wire from them.
Even after the Babenet deal went down...I still got paid.

I will continue sending traffic/joins to Dirty Duckets because right
now its converting better for me..then most programs out there.

For me If they say a webmaster is fraudulent I'm sure they have
proof to back it up....

thats the question.. they didnt say im fraudulent... they say i have 28% of chargeback and this is not weird because they are promoting free sites and charging people 40$ after they Join the site...

from the momment you raised this issue, you never mentioned a word about the fact that the product pricing structure would have contributed to the chargeback issue... now you jump on that because it suits your cause.

Second of all, the VISA/MASTERCARD Industry accepted rate for excessive chargebacks is 2.5% - you are 11 x that rate and most probably still climbing as the chargebacks flow in!

ALL Parties ultimately should take the blame.

My tip is you won't see a dime of your 'owed' $11k. The ultimate sanction that vindicates that some party was involved in 'fraud' or 'deceptive marketing' is the termination of the merchant account. period.

Your attempt to blacken dirtyduckets into paying out failed, but in some respects you've enlightened many of us to the reality of the babenet situation. it was good while it lasted, but there are risks with that reward.

Move on!
