Yes you are bashing them. You're making fun of people for how they look. Not everyone is blessed and born good looking. Some of those pics are of webmasters that are SUPER accomplished!
That's why you haven't accomplished anything in this biz and are getting out. You "dream" of being rich but you'll NEVER get there if all you do is base people on looks. You come off as very snobby. You need to actually HAVE a reason to be a snob
