First of all, let the guy fight his own battles. I stay out of my husband's business and I'd be pissed if stuck his nose into mine.
I know it must be frustrating to see him work so hard without reward. The guy obviously deserves what's coming to him but having 'mommy' deal with it for him is not the professional way to handle it.
