Let me ask you a question (since you're asking us all questions but not giving us any answers to work with)...
If this were a brick and mortar company would you stand for it?
Whatever the answer is, that's what you do. There's no difference when you're talking about employment. *shrugs*
If it were *me*, I'd give them a week to pay what they owed me (including Vegas costs) and have the money for the check I'm holding, then tell them "I'll see you in court" if it doesn't appear.
