We are a relatively small city that seems to be teeming with online porn webmasters and others in the industry.
I've only been to Vancouver twice and loved it both times.
If I were single I'd be living there at least a good majority of the year.
Never met an asshole up there, everyone was WICKED nice... Lots of biz adult and otherwise up there, decent climate, nice mountains, love the freakishly cold ocean, seriously clean air, cost of living not too bad...etc...
oh, and if yer single it appears as if Canada has NO shortage of seriously hot chicas...

That's because they're all high.
Didn't you know that all those forest fires are just crops of pot being burned to mellow out the people??

I adore Vancouver and if I weren't so in love with Phoenix I would seriously consider moving up there, especially for the summers.
Biggest concentration of porn people is southern Cali -- between SD and LA, especially if you add in the video crowd, followed by Phoenix, and then South Fla -- only because there's so much space between Tampa, Miami, Lauderdale and Jacksonville (all cities with either major or a good number of minor industry people).
I'm not sure how many are in Montreal or Toronto so I couldn't say for sure that Van's the biggest Canadian concentration...
but I sure had a hell of a time with you guys last month and can't wait to come back again!!!!

I live on Beach Ave. across the street from a sandy beach and the ocean that i swim in everyday during the summer, bike and walk along the seawall daily into Stanley Park a few mintes away and through the wooded trails...and yet I am still living downtown. There are ski hills a few minutes drive just over the bridge to the north shore and you can golf right after sking almost year round for both. Its quite amazing. You can go a few minutes from here and you are hiking in a rain forest with clean waterfalls and giant trees and bears, coyotes... all arounnd you. I have lived in San Francisco, NY state, Montreal, Toronto...and travelled to about 20 countries and I have to say this place is amazing to live in.
SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.
it all boils down to what you value. for large cities, i think both Vancouver and NYC are great.
but i love snowboarding and hiking. i like open space, and the mountains. and being able to walk everywhere, while still avoiding any sort of hick town theme/mentality. banff is a truly great place for this type of mindset (taken last night):
