Some more news about NEW CCBill SOFTWARE!
We've just contacted with CCBill and then looked for some settings for different affiliate programs. Here are some information.
We think this bug appeared because of installation of a new CCBill software, some settings in admin panels were changed.
So here are some solutions to everyone:
1. To Adverts. If you think, there are any lost rebills, contact your sponsors support and they will check your account and discuss it personally!
2. To EVERY paysite owner, who works with CCBill.
Go to your admin panel and look at this settings:
affilate>administration>grouping>Edit Payouts>Recurring Payments set to Yes
&
Affiliates > Setup > System Setup > Recurring Payment: set to Yes.
So, it's a pity, that CCBill didn't provide for every after-effects of software installation.
