Well, this is all a great move for ccbill and affiliates. Until now this issue has been one big plus that Verotel (wich I use for my program) had over ccbill. At least from now on wheter you use Verotel programs or ccbill you know you won't be shaved..
No good for the cheaters but great for the legit players..
