If you take a picture of someone from up close on the street, then in most countries you have to have a model release to use those photos. When I take photos in public places (not porn) that have to be published I usually edit them in photoshop to change the faces a bit incase anyone wants to take me to court Some people will do anything for money...

I shot these pictures myself. I can supply the original unedited versions of the pics of your choice as proof.

These pictures are for documentation of an actual public event without any assumption of privacy. There were thousands of people there and hundreds if not thousands of video and still cameras in full view of everyone.

as far as i understand some of this is a really grey area in american courts.

Yes I do understand that people have different niches. I was just giving my honest opinion of what I thought of the girl's in those pics.
