basic rules
all Visa cards have 16 digits, older ones have 13 digits. they start with a 4. the next 3 are the BIN number and identify the issuing bank.
all MC have 16 digits and start with a 5
all Amex have 15 digits and start with a 3.
one problem with the test is the expiry date checker. an expiry date of 2020 on a visa is not possible.

If you want free cards that are real try to find the websites there are some websites that are giving free cards after they hack them but you gotta find them. Or learn how to hack cc's find some security holes on websites it's not that hard if you are patient. and lmao mastercard (mc) are always beginning with a 5 so it was a fake card he posted.
