      we had to drop them as a client a few years ago (an old mainstream job) cuz they apparantly went door to door in several large communities, set up appointments, took peoples money in advance and NEVER set up their service.

          a joke?

          ive gotten my cable and internet from them for y6ears and this is the first problem.

          i get digital cable tv, and digital internet so far so good.

              I'm with ya bro...I am stuck with Adelphia Cable as well and the Internet is always acting up and the max I can upload at is 12 kbps. When I had Roadrunner, I could upload at 40-60kbps...I HATE ADELPHIA!

                  Only had 1 problem - best home connection ever!

                  Adelphia sucks and they are using all old gear. My uncle use to work for them and he said they are shit in most areas.

                          no, not a joke at all. I used to manage a call center and we caught their "overflow" which was actually 100% of their calls since they kept their lines forwarded to us all the time. I cannot begin to tell you how many people threatened my life personally, for adelphia scamming them. We were getting close to 5,000 calls a day, 90% of which wanted to rip me (the manager) a new asshole.

                          They didn't understand that I wasn't directly employed by adelphia, but only answered their calls when they had their lines forwarded or were too bust to handle all calls.

                              I'm using 'Cox Communications' and for the past week or two my cable has been going in and out and lagging. Tonight it was hella bad and right now it seems to be back to normal. Atleast I hope.
                              SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.
