        Everyone supporting the program, just don't come crying about new regulations, decreased sponsor payouts, stricter laws in regard to spam, increasing lawsuits, harsher penalties and best of all.. anyone else that cheats you, copies you or frauds you in any way.

                                Your best course of action then is to not submit your galleries anywhere that promotes Paris Hilton. Not everyone is known for setting up companies and merchant accounts to run a large volume through and then run. Are you unaware of the company or just don't care what they do ?

Everyone makes his own decisions as I pointed on a similar thread few days ago. At least now we know not to blame VISA if they decide to further drop the CB ratios and make the paysites nonfunctional as a revenue source.

I don't think everyone would or could possibly know who they are or what they're associated with. It's impossible to make decisions based on information you don't have. This is why the industry needs ONE CENTRAL PLACE for people to get information on scam artists. It's unfortunate that many people have to find out after the fact, and that's why people like David Foote continue to scam people too.
