Depends on who and how you want to market. If you want to sell it on late night television PMSblocker might work.
If you want to reach the millions of women who read ladies magazines, watch oprah, watch lifetime television etc..

Ladies will purchase, but I picture men buying the PMS blocker for their wives and no women would take kindly to that!
There was a radio ad where two guys were talking in the locker room about how one of their wives wasn't 'turned on' as he'd like so he ordered her a bottle of Turbo TURNON and now she's on fire for him. That would have never happened. People are self concious about their bodies so handing something over like that might put someone off. Just like handing a bottle of pills to a guy and telling him he's too small or can't preform.
