But, if Nina pulled from the contract, because she wasn't happy with the traffic, or income, or whatever...
Then its her fault that lightspeed pulled the plug.
Thats why you have a temporary revocation clause in there... Set it at 3 months, if you don't like the way things are going, you leave, and everyone is happ(ier).
This is a business... Treat it as such, thats why contracts are created.
I'm not leaning towards either personal side, but I am leaning towards the contract side of the deal.

50 or whatever % of nina's site memberships were going to lightspeed/affiliates.
now, most of her members will re-signup for her site (amateur/single girl site member's are like that, believe me)

I remember back in the good old amateur days with the Busty-Amateur crew, Jeff ended up firing lot's of busty employees and having major conflicts. In his situation, it bit him in the ass, in my opinion. The end result, Jeff left all of his resellers high and dry and quit this biz. It's a trend that I see happen to lot's of companies as they grow. Either the owner gets a big head and thinks he can do better without them, or the employees really didn't deserve their pay. No one will ever for sure know who was right and who was wrong in situations like these. The important thing is not to rush to judgement until the shit hits the fan.Originally posted by Equinox

I know Lightspeed will continue to make money and I know Nina will move on and make more then she's ever made in her life, she's the hot one right now, it seems.
After reading just about all of the posts in all of the threads about this Nina thing, here's my 2 cents.
Have a 3 month window where resellers will still be selling the Nina site and paid out. Split it with Nina like you were already. In the meantime, Nina starts a new project under a different name for the next 3 months. After 3 months, the reseller links are switched to that other chicks site and webmasters get paid. If sales still come in from an existing Nina link, give her the override so she doesn't lose out entirely. The webmasters will have plenty of notice to either take those links down or switch them.
As far as the database, who keeps the existing members, that depends on what you have in writing already. I just know I wouldn't like it if I was out of the loop and didn't know about Nina leaving, then finding out a month later I was pointing the traffic elsewhere. Some webmasters don't read their webmaster spam mails, they delete, so they would never really know Nina left. That's why I think 3 months is plenty of time to make things right for everyone, while moving one.
Good luck to both Lightspeed and Nina, maybe you'll work each others programs in a few months and have great memories of each other. Normally, I wouldn't give my advice, but damn, that was a lot of time spent reading up on this, now it's my turn!Still Ballin'Comment
