I've been watching this on Fox and CNN.

It reminds me of when a small child falls over or accidently does something stupid and all the adults around start laughing at them. Then the child keeps doing it to pull laughs from the approving adults.

While I dont have any doubts the Iraqs are happy at the moment, but I'd say that what your seeing on TV is media provoked for the most part. Quite sad really.
