The only reason i ask is because i've acquired a large amount of beach pictures and a good amount of the girls seem to be underage which worried me. Then I thought of all the teenage girls in bikinis in the Sears catalouge et. al. I don't want to get in trouble. Of course I'd like to exploit the teen niche in a different way, but none of these girls are posing sexually suggestive and were all at public beaches just getting sun. Ethically, I don't see any problems unless your presentation makes the scene seem "adult," in which case you might be open to a "false light" suit.
In short, if there's no nudity, the beach is publicly owned, and your application is totally non-adult, I don't see any problems.SIG TOO BIG!
