Check your password files for two-letter user ending with 'j' and change the password, or remove it. (I haven't said the complete username for obvious reasons)
This is a Verotel test account which is added without notice to the site owner. It has the world's most ridiculous password, and the u:p is known to the cracker world.
I discovered that over 50 people have accessed this account on one of my sites - for some reason the multiple IP detection script didn't kick in and auto-disable the account.
