What do think of these galleries??

I need some feedback on my galleries. What do I need to change to get better listing or listed more. Also, what should I do to pull in the surfer to the sponsor better?

Optimize your images. That header pic alone is over 12k.

For sure, I wouldn't even have it there. Also your pics are fucking huge, 100K plus is way to big mate you just asking to waste BW.

Keep your thumbs at or around 5-10K, your larger pics 25-35K. You might get a beeter CTR if you added some more sponsor links, that one at the top isn't going to do shit.

The surfer is not going to go back to the top to click the link, he is going to jerk off and leave bacuse you haven't drawn him to click your outgoinglinks.

BTW, this is in reply to your first gallery.
