You're right, he didn't post his BAC but going from the accepted averages he would be way below the level for his state assuming he's over 21. Just like you assumed that he was blind drunk, commiting a felony and a scumbag, I assumed he's over 21.
Let's continue this train of thought. Assuming he is indeed under 21 and of average weight (180 pounds), 6 beers in 4 hours
might put him over the 0.02% BAC limit for those under 21 in MT. Then again, it might not. In either case, you jumped to unsupported conclusions and attacked him without full knowledge of the facts.
