Recruiting people in any business is the key to success once you have a good business. We are looking for at least one new assistant who I can train into a pornographer/photographer.
Must have interviewed 20 people and only three has made it to the second stage of coming in for a few days work to see if they fit in.
One turned up three hours late saying she got lost, she had already been here for an interview. Another phoned the day before to say she could not come in tomorrow because she was going home and the third seems keen but at 20 years of age not sure if she has the maturity.
Guess besides moving into the new office next year I will be interviewing again.
