nothing special now, i'm not getting nearly as much protein as i probably should. waffles, 4 pb&j, 3 chicken strips, 1 or 2 chicken breasts a night, one other inbetween meal (varies), ton of water.
need to start takin protein drinks again, gained a lactose intolerance last year and i had to stop takin um.
