    BIG THANKS to AlienQ for helping me in a design bind with 3 Flash Banners!!!

    To all of you webmasters that don't know ...

    This AlienQ kid might be a little nutty at times, but he's ROCK SOLID when it comes to his craft and professionalism!

    I spoke to him Christmas Eve and told him I was in a bind for a deadline ... my own designers were slammed with work for designblowout.com clients ... he said "no problem - just tell me what you need and I'll get it done for you!"

    I gave him a a litle diescription in terms of what i wanted the banners to accomplish and he told me he'd have them ready by the 27th.

    Well, the bastard had them ready Christmas night at midnight instead!

    How's that for under promising and over delivering?
