ServerMatrix are very good people. Their prices are hard to beat in terms oftheir support and hardware. I've used them in the past, and only left for a cheaper solution with a partnership with someone.
The thing about the adult business is that many people haven't browsed through the entire hosting scope, and they're limited to hosts like CandidHosting, National-Net, etc. because those are the only hosts they've heard of.
There are many mainstream hosts that offer better hosting packages at very competitive prices and the same (if not better) support.
